How can I navigate the site?

Access to create and login to your account is at the top right of the page. Access to the shopping cart, contact information, and search can be found in the same area. The top navigation bar is for the product categories we offer in. Keep an eye out on the right side for this will be where special deals or promotional items will be. At the bottom of the page is where you can find most the resources needed to learn about the site and our company.


How do I purchase a product?

Products can be purchased through the online shopping cart. There are many ways to add products to your shopping cart. You can search for the product you are looking for and add products to the cart straight from the search results. You can also add products to the cart by navigating through our categories and adding the product from the products list within the category. Of course you can also add the product straight from the products details page. Using any of these methods you just have to click on the "Add to Cart" button and it will automatically be placed into your shopping cart.


How do I create an account?

To create an account click on the "Login" link at the top of the page. It will transfer you to the account sign in page where you can click on the "New Account" button. Once there fill in the required fields and click on "Create Account". Your account will be made and you will be automatically logged in and the "Login Status" at the top will change.


How does the search work?

Click on search at the top. Enter the search terms. You can also include "search type" (all words, any words, etc) and the "in category" (All Categories, Brass Cases, Projectiles, etc). The "Max Price" field is only useful for when wanting to filter between manufacturers as our individual products to not have price variations.


Is my information secure?

Yes. We use SSL certificates for both accounts and transactions. We do not sell or share any personal information with 3rd parties. For more detailed information on the subject click here to view our Privacy Policy.


Can I leave a product review?

Product reviews can be left by going to the details page of the product you wish to review. The review section is located at the bottom of the details page. Once you click on the review product link you will be taken to the submition form. In the submition form you can give it a star rating (1-5), add your name, title the review and leave any comments. All fields are required except for the comments.


How does backordering work?

You may place a backorder on products currently out of stock. Waiting periods are anywhere from 1-3 months depending on raw materials. You are welcome to call us or send us an e-mail inquiring about availability. Contact information can be found here.


When can I return a product?

All products have a 3 day return policy from date of arrival.


Are there any restriction to who you can sell to?

No sales or shipping to Washington D.C. or Massachusettes. Illinois customers must fax/e-mail their FOID card along with their Driver's License for ammunition. Any Illinois order that is not in our FOID approved list will be cancelled.


Can I buy from you if I live out of the country?

We currently do not sell or ship products outside of the United States.
